CommandCTRL 1.5 lets you control whether the agent collects performance history and how often it samples data. These settings are located in Settings > Site, in the Agent Settings section, and apply to agents in the tenant.
Enable or Disable History Collection
History collection is disabled by default. Enable it if you want CommandCTRL to capture machine history for use in History Playback mode. Organizations that already use Liquidware Stratusphere for on-premises history collection can leave it disabled to reduce WAN traffic.

In the side navigation panel, go to Settings > Site.

In the Agent Settings section, locate Enable/Disable History Collection On Agents.

Toggle the setting on to enable history collection, or off to disable it.
When history collection is disabled, historical data is not available in CommandCTRL History Playback mode, but real-time monitoring continues to function. On machines where Stratusphere is present, historical data remains available through the Stratusphere History option.
Set the Agent Cache Interval (Sampling Rate)
When history collection is enabled, the Agent Cache Interval determines how frequently the agent samples performance data. A longer interval reduces system and network impact on resource-constrained devices.

In the side navigation panel, go to Settings > Site.

In the Agent Settings section, locate Agent Cache Interval (seconds).

Select an interval from the list: 10, 20, 30, or 60 seconds. The default is 10 seconds.
