Several Diagnostics tools capture data and post it for download — Universal File Collection, Event Logs, Group Policy Report, Agent Logging, ProfileUnity Diagnostics, and Stratusphere UX Logging. CommandCTRL keeps these cached files according to your subscription’s history retention period, then removes them automatically:

On a free or paid plan with 24 hours of history, cached files are removed after 24 hours.

On a paid or trial plan with 7 days of history, cached files are removed after 7 days.
Machine inventory follows the same retention. If you remove a machine’s license, the machine ages out and is removed from inventory based on your plan’s history retention period.
