Deploying VMDK-Based FlexApp Packages

To deploy VMDK-based FlexApp packages, complete the following steps:

1. Select FlexDisk Management from the left column of the ProfileUnity Management Console.
2. Click the FlexApp DIA tab at the top of the FlexDisk Management screen that opens.
3. Click Assignments for each FlexApp VMDK that needs to be assigned to users.
4. Select a user or group from the Select Assignee list. If you have VMware Horizon and have installed the Connection Service Monitor, you have the option to limit the application to the user/group and or the pool.
5. Click the Add Assignment button to add it to the list of current assignments.
6. When you are finished, click the X button in the top right corner of the screen to close it.
