Registering the ProfileUnity Agent with Amazon AppStream

To register the ProfileUnity agent with Amazon AppStream, complete the following steps:

1. Open the Image Assistant on the image builder.
2. Select the Enable dynamic applications checkbox. There is no need to add any apps unless you have installed apps in the Image Builder Instance that you want to publish to all users outside of ProfileUnity/FlexApp.
3. Click Next.
4. The Configure Apps step is not required for FlexApp and AppStream to work together. Click Next.
5. On the Test screen, click Next.
6. On the Optimize screen, click Launch.
7. Configure your image details and decide whether or not to upgrade the AppStream 2.0 agent.
8. Click Disconnect and Create Image.
9. You can now build your user Fleet based on this image after it is finished being created.
