After applications have been packaged using the FlexApp Packaging Console, the last step is to deliver these additional applications that are outside of the base image to users inside your environment. Admins can deploy FlexApp packages using the ProfileUnity Management Console or deploy FlexApp One applications if the Create FlexApp One option was selected during the packaging process. FlexApp One bundles FlexApp packages into dynamic, distributable containers. For more information on deploying FlexApp One applications, refer to the FlexApp One Applications documentation.
From the ProfileUnity Management Console, admins use the power of ProfileUnity’s configurable user environment management to selectively deploy FlexApp application packages to just the users who need them. There are two methods for deploying FlexApp application packages or layers depending on the type of package chosen. The first method is for deploying cloud and VHDX packages. The second method is for VMDK-based packages.
